At SIARQ we are continuously researching new solutions to improve the environment and reduce polluting emissions in cities and turn them into reality. In recent years we have begun internationalizing.

The R&D of the SOLAR HUB project has been co-financed in the 2013-2016 season thanks to European R&D funds. This funding has allowed us to reach a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that we presented at the international fair Smart City Barcelona in 2016.

From 2017 to 2020 SIARQ has financed the development and industrialisation of the solution with its own funds and presented the Solar Hub solution at the Smart Cities 2019 trade fair.

SIARQ as R&D partner

We are also credible partners at European level in projects led by similar organizations. We have successfully carried out R&D projects within the scope of FP7 or Horizon 2020, such as Spabrink, and Lumentile. We have also participated in the drafting of numerous proposals to the European Commission that have achieved the seal of excellence with the European consortia (Seal of Excellence).

SIARQ participates in the Smart City Expo World Congress

We were invited by Smart Catalonia to present the new Solar Urban Hub solution that generates Light and Data to illuminate cities during the three day SCEWC2019 Expo. Countries like Holland, France, USA, Qatar, India, Japan, etc. have also started to deploy these infrastructures to generate light and data network in their cities.
